If you would like to submit materials to be considered for
inclusion here, we would appreciate it if you keep the following guidelines in
mind:
The Executive Board of the Mountain Ranch
Community Club provides policy regarding contents. We will bring to the Board’s
consideration anything that, in our opinion, requires their review.
We will make a reasonable attempt to respond
to requests in a timely matter. However, this is a volunteer effort and there may be times when we may not be
able to respond quickly; We do take vacations now and then, for example. Please
plan ahead and be patient.
We will attempt to maintain a consistent look
throughout the website. This effort is aimed at keeping the site organized for
the convenience of its users. Submissions may be re-formatted and/or reworded
for this purpose.
Please make an effort to word your submissions
in a manner consistent with the style of the site. Take a while to look through
the site prior to organizing the materials you submit.
· Pictures or graphics, if essential to your submission, may be attached in jpg format. We do not open attached files in e-mails unless we are expecting them.
