The primary purpose of the Mountain Ranch Youth Alliance (MRYA) is to provide for youth, 5-18 years old, an after-school program in a safe and supportive environment.  Our goal is to enrich the youth in our community by providing wholesome and enjoyable physical, educational, creative, and social activities, thereby supporting their growth. The MRYA also provides a Community Resource Center for small group socials or meetings.

MRYA is a local 501-c-3 organization under the direction of seven (7) directors.  These directors are chosen from community members who have a sincere interest in supporting the youth in the community.   The paid staff consists of part-time employees, one Youth Specialist and a Youth Specialist Aide.  Funding for operating expenses comes from donations, fundraisers, and grants as acquired. Donations are always welcome and will assist in keeping the place open as well as maintaining it.

The MRYA facility is a doublewide mobile that has been modified to have an office, kitchen, activity areas, and a restroom.  It is located on 7867 Whiskey Slide Rd., at Mountain Ranch Rd., in Mountain Ranch.
